Invasive plants cover 70% of the forest territory of Polynesia. Due to this pressure, half of the endemic species are threatened with extinction, while 17 are already extinct.

OUR VISION

We believe that environmental issues such as climate change and the collapse of biodiversity require special attention.

Our vision is to create a conservatory of endemic plants of Fenua, the first natural park in French Polynesia aimed at increasing the resilience of our native natural environments. We aspire to become a key player in environmental protection in the Pacific. We will contribute to the enrichment of knowledge through scientific research and monitoring, while strengthening the symbiotic link that exists between nature and Polynesian culture.
